AntioxSelect Antioxidant Complex is a combination of several powerful antioxidants, including extracts of grape seed, green tea, olive leaf and lycopene, plus highly biovailable selenium and Vitamin E. Together these antioxidants reduce the number of free radicals in the body, protect the immune system and promote overall health and longevity in healthy individuals and improve health in those with compromised immune systems.
AntioxSelect contains a unique form of Turmeric namely CurcuminC3 ComplexTM, containing a composition of three curcuminoids. Unlike other antioxidants, there are two particular modes of antioxidant action of curcuminoids. The "prevention mode" prevents the formation of free radicals. The second mechanism, the "intervention mode" neutralizes the already formed free radicals by free radical scavenging. Curcumin C3 ComplexTM is therefore considered an effective "Bioprotectant" due to its dual activity of prevention and intervention. The combined antioxidant ingredients give AntioxSelect a high ORAC value (oxygen radical absorbance capacity).
Also included is BioSorbTM a patented ingredient consisting of the powdered extract obtained from Piper Nigrum. BioSorbTM acts as a bioavailability enhancer where it increases bioavailability of nutrients.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), and alpha lipoic acid contibute to cellular energy production, while also neutralizing free radicals generated by natural bodily processes (such as the conversion of food into energy) and environmental factors including pollution, cigarette smoke, and ultraviolet rays from the sun. These three antioxidants along with grape seed extract may also help to promote neurological health.

What are free radicals?

Can my body handle free radicals?
The body produces 4 important enzymes to scavange free radicals:

What is AntioxSelect?
AntioxSelect is a combination of natures’ most powerful antioxidants in a capsule. Antioxidants work synergistically against free radicals, so it is better to take smaller doses of many antioxidants than a large amount of only one. AntioxSelect contains:
· Alpha lipoic acid – recycles vitamin E and C. Stimulate glutathione production and aids with the absorption of Co Q10. It is both water and fat soluble.

If you are using blood thinning medication, like warfarin, avoid using this product.

The safety of the ingredients during pregnancy has not yet been determined. It is therefore advisable to not use the product during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Can children use AntioxSelect?
Children over the age of 13 years should use half the recommended dose.
