This means that to obtain the optimal amount of many nutrients, it is necessary to take them in supplement form.
The real killers of mankind can be found among the chronic diseases such heart disease, stroke and cancer. It is also important to note that the absence of a diagnosed clinical disease does not necessarily imply the presence of health. You may be living with fatigue, depression, headaches, weakness, lack of energy, increased susceptibility to disease, insomnia, accelerated aging and general unhappiness without being formally diagnosed as sick.
